Η παρούσα πολιτική απορρήτου περιγράφει αναλυτικά ποια δεδομένα καταγράφονται και με τι τρόπο χρησιμοποιούνται, όταν κάποιος χρήστης χρησιμοποιεί τις υπηρεσίες της πλατφόρμας κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και ψυχαγωγίας dod που στη συνέχεια θα αναφέρεται ως “dod”, “Εφαρμογή”, “Εμείς” και που περιλαμβάνει τον διαδικτυακό τόπο dod.gr , τις εφαρμογές στα κινητά “dod Games” και στο κοινωνικό δίκτυο Meta (Facebook) “dod Games” στα οποία μπορείτε να έχετε πρόσβαση μέσω διαδικτύου με υπολογιστή ή συσκευή κινητού/tablet.
Η 'Εφαρμογή' περιέχει υπηρεσίες και παιχνίδια, στα οποία συμμετέχουν πολλαπλοί χρήστες από όλον τον κόσμο. Η πολιτική απορρήτου αναλύει πως συλλέγονται, αποθηκεύονται και χρησιμοποιούνται οι πληροφορίες που παρέχει ένας χρήστης.
Για τους σκοπούς της νομοθεσίας περί προστασίας προσωπικών δεδομένων, η SMART APPLICATIONS IKE είναι ο «υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας δεδομένων» των προσωπικών σας πληροφοριών.

Πληροφορίες που συλλέγονται

Οι βασικές πληροφορίες που συλλέγονται κατά την εγγραφή στην 'Εφαρμογή' εξαρτώνται από τον τρόπο πρόσβασης που επιλέγει ο χρήστης. Αν κάποιος λογαριασμός απενεργοποιηθεί επειδή παραβιάζει τους όρους χρήσης ενδέχεται να κρατηθούν κάποια αναγνωριστικά του (όπως e-mail πχ) επ' αορίστου για να αποφευχθεί η δημιουργία λογαριασμών από τον ίδιο χρήστη στο μέλλον.

Πληροφορίες που συλλέγονται κατά την αγορά online υπηρεσίας

Για την αγορά online υπηρεσιών, ο χρήστης προωθείται σε πιστοποιημένες πλατφόρμες διαδικτυακών συναλλαγών ανάλογα με τον τρόπο που συνδέεται στην ‘Εφαρμογή'. Πρόκειται για υπηρεσίες τρίτων όπου η συλλογή δεδομένων γίνεται σύμφωνα με την πολιτική απορρήτου της εκάστοτε υπηρεσίας και την οποία μπορεί ο χρήστης να ελέγξει πριν/κατά τη διαδικασία πληρωμής. Οι ακόλουθες πληροφορίες συλλέγονται και αποθηκεύονται στην ‘Εφαρμογή’:
Ανάλογα με τον τρόπο πληρωμής ο πάροχος της υπηρεσίας πληρωμών ενδέχεται να απαιτήσει να συμπληρώσετε και να συλλέξει επιπλέον προσωπικά δεδομένα τα οποία υπάγονται στη δική του πολιτική απορρήτου για την οποία δεν φέρει ευθύνη η ‘Εφαρμογή’. Θα πρέπει να την διαβάσετε και να την αποδεχτείτε πριν προχωρήσετε σε εκτέλεση της πληρωμής.

Η 'Εφαρμογή' όταν την χρησιμοποιεί κάποιος μέσω Browser (Πρόγραμμα περιήγησης) χρησιμοποιεί cookies και παρεμφερείς τεχνολογίες για να μπορεί να αναγνωρίσει σωστά τον χρήστη και να παρέχει απρόσκοπτα τις υπηρεσίες της μέσα από όλες τις συσκευές που έχει στη διάθεση του o χρήστης. Οι πληροφορίες που αναφέρθηκαν στην ενότητα ‘Πληροφορίες που συλλέγονται’ χρησιμοποιούνται κατά κύριο λόγο για την λειτουργία της 'Εφαρμογής', την παροχή των υπηρεσιών της προς το χρήστη καθώς και:

H 'Εφαρμογή' μοιράζεται δεδομένα με επώνυμες και αξιόπιστες υπηρεσίες τρίτων που εκ μέρους μας, παρέχουν υπηρεσίες analytics (αν αποδεχτείτε τα μη απαραίτητα cookies) και πληρωμών (όπου απαιτούνται συγκεκριμένα δεδομένα ανάλογα με τον τρόπο πληρωμής). In order for a user to purchase an online service, the user is redirected to certified online payments platforms, according to the method used to connect to the ‘Application’
These are third party services where personal data process follows their own privacy policy and the user must read and agree before/during the payment process.
The following data are collected by the dod ‘Application' during an online payment:
  • Fullname used during the online transaction
  • The receipt code or id that is usually a unique number or unique alphanumeric value
  • The item and the value of the purchase
Depending on the specific payment method the payment service provider may request, collect and process additional data according to their own privacy policy for which the ‘Application’ cannot be held liable. You must read and agree with their privacy policy before proceeding with the payment.

Cookies and similar technologies

The ‘Application’ uses cookies and similar technologies, when a user uses it on a browser, in order to authenticate correctly a user and to seamlessly offer its' services between all the devices available to a user. The cookies are data that are stored by a website on the users' browser and are distinguished as:

  • To improve and upgrade the provided services according to statistical data
  • To provide the ability to users to communicate with each other
  • Prevent abusive, illegal usage and violating terms of use and provide data requested by the Authorities
  • To locate possible problems

Third-party services

The ‘Application’ shares data with well known and reliable third-party services that provide analytics ( if you accept all cookies) and payments (where certain data are required according to the payment method). In these cases the data processing is subject to their privacy policy.

User Rights

Data Deletion

If you want to delete all your data, depending on the account type you use to access the 'Application', use the following instructions:
  • Dod Account
    Log in with your account and navigate to the 'account' section. You will find a 'Delete account' option.
  • Facebook Data
    To delete the Facebook data stored by the 'Application', you must delete the dod.gr and 'dod Games' apps from Facebook and then request a complete data removal.
    • If you use the 'dod Games' Facebook Application inside the Facebook website (Facebook Canvas) or you use your Facebook account in the 'dod Games' Application in Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery
      In order to permanently delete all of your Facebook data stored in 'dod Games'
      • Navigate to the 'Settings & Privacy', and then 'Settings' in the Facebook app or website
      • Locate 'dod Games' in 'Apps and Websites' section
      • Click 'Remove' to delete the application
      • Click 'View Removed Apps and Websites' and then click 'View' next to 'dod Games' in the 'Removed Apps and Websites' and locate the unique user id assigned for 'dod Games'. Copy it to clipboard for ease
      • Send an email to [email protected] that includes this unique User ID and as a subject use 'Data deletion dod Games'
    • If you use the dod.gr website and you use Facebook Connect
      In order to permanently delete all of your Facebook data stored in dod.gr
      • Navigate to the 'Settings & Privacy', and then 'Settings' in the Facebook app or website
      • Locate dod.gr in 'Apps and Websites' section
      • Click 'Remove' to delete the application
      • Click 'View Removed Apps and Websites' and then click 'View' next to dod.gr in the 'Removed Apps and Websites' and locate the unique User ID assigned for dod.gr . Copy it to clipboard for ease
      • Send an email to [email protected] that includes this unique User ID and as a subject use 'Data deletion dod.gr for Facebook User'
